Under The Skin / Eye Health
Peptide eye drops and systemic support for dry eye, floaters, inflammation, and ocular brightness. Research-grade formulas, compounded in-house.
Dry Eye Disease (DED) · Aqueous-deficient & evaporative
TB4 promotes corneal epithelial healing, reduces surface inflammation, and supports lacrimal gland function. BPC-157 accelerates mucosal repair and modulates the inflammatory cascade underlying chronic dry eye.
TB4 was specifically studied for dry eye and corneal wound healing. Clinical trials exist (RGN-259 phase II/III). Strongest evidence base of any eye peptide.
Meibomian Gland Dysfunction — main cause of evaporative dry eye
MGD occurs when meibomian glands become blocked or inflamed, disrupting the lipid tear layer. TB4's anti-inflammatory and tissue-repair properties address both gland inflammation and surface damage. LL-37 clears the microbial biofilm that contributes to gland obstruction.
Most dry eye in adults is evaporative/MGD. Treating MGD alongside aqueous deficiency gives better outcomes.
Ocular surface & anterior segment inflammation
Chronic inflammation drives most surface pathology — redness, grittiness, photosensitivity. BPC-157 modulates COX-2 and pro-inflammatory cytokines. KPV (α-MSH tripeptide) directly inhibits NF-κB signalling in ocular tissue with a clean safety profile.
Vitreous syneresis — collagen aggregate buildup in the vitreous humor
Floaters form when collagen fibrils in the vitreous clump and cast shadows on the retina. Eye drops do not reach the vitreous — this requires systemic delivery. BPC-157's collagen-remodelling properties and serrapeptase's proteolytic activity are the most relevant approaches. Evidence is largely anecdotal but mechanistically plausible.
Drops won't help here — the vitreous is inaccessible topically. Use FLOAT protocol systemically alongside any topical formula.
Whiter, brighter whites — redness & yellow tinge reduction
Scleral redness and yellowing are driven by vascular inflammation and UV-induced oxidative damage. BPC-157 reduces vascular leakage and normalises inflammatory tone. TB4 addresses the epithelial surface. The result is cleaner, brighter-looking whites — the main driver of "bright eye" appearance.
Most visible improvement in people with chronic redness or slight yellowing. Takes 2–4 weeks of consistent use.
Iris colour vibrancy — the honest picture
True iris color change via peptides is not established. The main known mechanism is prostaglandin analogs (e.g. bimatoprost/latanoprost) — but these typically increase melanin (darken light irises) rather than brighten. The most realistic improvement is indirect: whiter, cleaner whites dramatically increase perceived iris contrast and vibrancy, especially in grey/green/blue eyes.
Brighten the whites — the iris will look more vivid. Direct iris pigmentation change via peptides has no current evidence base.
Core dry eye formula — corneal repair, lacrimal support
TB4 activates actin sequestering and corneal re-epithelialisation. BPC-157 modulates inflammatory mediators and supports mucosal integrity. The foundation formula — use 1–2 drops per eye, 2x daily.
Inflammation + antimicrobial — gland health and redness
Higher-dose BPC-157 for active inflammation. LL-37 is a host-defence peptide with antimicrobial and immunomodulatory activity — clears the bacterial biofilm involved in MGD and blepharitis without disrupting normal flora.
Full-spectrum — repair, calm, whiter whites
Triple-action: TB4 for surface repair, BPC-157 for inflammation, KPV (α-MSH tripeptide) for NF-κB suppression and vascular tone. Designed specifically to reduce redness and yellow tinge — the "whiter whites" formula. Use daily for 3–4 weeks then assess.
Floater support — vitreous collagen remodelling
Floaters require systemic access to the vitreous — drops won't reach them. BPC-157 SubQ supports collagen matrix remodelling. Serrapeptase and nattokinase are proteolytic enzymes that may help break down aggregated protein deposits. Take on empty stomach. Mechanism is plausible; clinical evidence is limited but widely used in biohacking context.
The sclera (white of the eye) yellows and reddens from chronic inflammation, UV damage, and vascular leakage. Anti-inflammatory peptides normalise this directly.
Whiter sclera is the single biggest factor in how "bright" eyes appear. It also dramatically increases the perceived vibrancy of the iris — especially blue, green and grey eyes.
Directly changing or brightening iris pigmentation with peptides is not currently supported by evidence. The honest picture:
Flag for future research — if the science evolves on this, it goes straight into the protocol. For now, indirect via scleral work is the only reliable route.
